Digital Products
Digital products, including the Fully Divine Coaching Workbook (PDF), are delivered electronically via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate upon payment confirmation. No physical shipping is involved for digital products.
Physical Products
Processing & Handling
All physical orders are processed and shipped from Springfield, Massachusetts. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
A flat shipping fee is applied to all physical product orders shipping within the United States. This fee is calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship physical products internationally. Shipping costs for orders outside the United States are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by their country upon delivery. Fully Divine has no control over these charges and cannot predict or cover them.
Carriers
All physical orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Order Tracking
Tracking information is retained on our end for all shipments. If you have a concern about the status of your delivery, you are welcome to contact us at trusttmac@aol.com and we will look up your shipment information upon request. Tracking numbers are not automatically shared at the time of shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at trusttmac@aol.com within 21 days of your purchase date. Include a photo of the damaged item and your order details. Damaged physical products are eligible for replacement. Refunds are not issued for damaged items.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation with USPS. Fully Divine is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refund Policy for Physical Products
Refund requests for physical products must be submitted by email to trusttmac@aol.com within 21 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests received after this window will not be accepted. Please include your order details and reason for the request in your email. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Future Products
Fully Divine may offer additional physical products in the future. Any new products will be subject to this Shipping Policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
